Mt. Baker Ski Area

About a 3 hour ride from the Olympic Peninsula in Bellingham, WA, this ski area offers challenging and exciting terrain. Lifts open from 9am-3:30pm.

Where can I go skiing?

Hurricane Ridge 
Known for: Furthest west ski area in the Lower 48, 400 inches of snow per year, 10 nicely-maintained trails, kid-friendly vertical drops of less than 800 ft., 2 rope tows and one Poma lift, small snowboarding area, affordable cost. Hurricane Ridge skiing is rarely congested. 

  • Location: Inside Olympic National Park at Hurricane Ridge Road, about 6 miles from downtown Port Angeles
